While in Tucson for 5 days at Lazy Days Service Center most of our “punch list” on the new RV have been taken care of. We were able to go sightseeing while we were there. We went to Biosphere 2, the world’s largest living science center. We drove 17 miles up Mt Lemmon to 10,000′ elevation. It was so cool, we started in the desert, ending up in the mountains with snow. We also went to Saguaro National Park, 91,440 acres of desert.
Now we’re in Phoenix for the next month at Desert Shadows RV Resort. The park has about 600 sites. There are fruit trees on almost every site, orange, lemon, & grapefruits, and they are ripe for the picking now. Yum! They have many activities every day. Every morning I go to water aerobics. Today I played Hand & Foot, a different version than what I’ve played before. I ride my bike, & take Bennie for walks. The weather here is wonderful. Lee is busy installing roofs all day, somebody has to work!
